Lifetime resident of Kansas with his law office located in Wichita, Kansas, handling primarily Debt Collection and Probate & Estate matters.
With over thirty years of experience, Fred A. Johnson continues to provide the personable service associated with a smaller law firm and which is lost with the larger firms.
FRED A. JOHNSON
I have maintained a general and diversified practice in Wichita, Kansas, since 1975, which has allowed me to provide a full range of service to my clients. In this fashion my clients receive a personal approach to the attorney-client relationship instead of being referred to an unknown attorney as may occur in many large firms or having a paralegal doing much of the work.
Emphasis is placed on DEBT COLLECTION and PROBATE & ESTATE matters; however, the general practice allows me to represent clients in many other areas of the law.
The broad range of involvement in the practice of law has led to my appointment as the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Rose Hill, Kansas, and servicing in the capacity as Pro Tempore Municipal Court Judge for the City of Wichita, Kansas, and for the City of Maize, Kansas.
COLLECTIONS include the representation of national finance companies, banks, apartment complexes, food service providers, homeowner associations, and various other business entities. This also allows for the collection of individual obligations owed by one individual to another.
PROBATE and WILLS deals with the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death and includes the probate of wills and the administration of intestate estates, descent and distribution proceedings, simplified administration proceedings, and the drafting of wills and trusts. This area also includes guardian and conservatorship proceedings, and I have served in the capacity as Executor, Administrator, and Conservator which are positions that require ability to be bonded. |
